Cranberry Apple Crumble Recipe

If you’re here after watching our Reel… no, unfortunately, putting a cranberry apple crumble in the oven will not magically turn it into lip balms. 😂

But good news: the crumble we were making in the video is a real recipe, and it tastes just as good as it looks.

So here’s the full recipe to make it at home!

Prep time: 20 minutes
Bake time: About 30 minutes
Temperature: 350°F (175°C)
Servings: 2

Ingredients

For the fruit filling 🍎

  • 1 medium apple, diced

  • Juice of ½ a lemon

  • 30 g brown sugar or natural sweetener of choice

  • 1 ½ tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ⅛ tsp salt

  • 15 g all-purpose flour

  • About 60 g fresh or frozen cranberries

For the crumble 🤎

  • 30 g unsalted butter, softened

  • 25 g brown sugar or natural sweetener of choice

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • 1 ½ tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 40 g all-purpose flour

  • 10 g rolled oats

  • 15 g chopped pecans

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Prepare the apples

Dice the apple and place it in a small baking dish. Add the lemon juice and toss to combine.

Add the sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and salt. Mix well, then add the flour and toss again until everything is evenly coated.

3. Make the crumble

In a bowl, combine the softened butter, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and salt using a fork.

Add the flour and rolled oats, then mix until you get a crumbly texture. Finish by folding in the chopped pecans.

4. Stack it up!

Add the cranberries over the apples, then generously cover everything with the crumble mixture.

Don’t be afraid to fill up your baking dish — the apples will cook down in the oven.

5. Bake!

Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the crumble is golden brown and the fruit starts bubbling around the edges.

Let cool for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

And then…

TA-DAAA! ✨

You should have a delicious cranberry apple crumble.
